The Cutlass

The Cutlass is the newest design by the Confederation of Traveller engineers for it's pilots. Based on a Manticore hull, the Cutlass is a small frigate that is both a recon ship and a stealth bomber all in one package.  With it's basic Core probe launcher armed with Sister Core Probes and its stealth capabilities the Cutlass can survey a system easily without being hassled. And should a target of opportunity presents itself during these surveys, the three TII Torpedo launchers armed with Caldari Navy torpedoes will make quick work of anything from a frigate to a hauler. 

Lightly armored, the Cutlass relies on stealth and speed to take on it's targets. After all, your opponent cannot defend against what they cannot see. While torpedoes are usually used against larger ships, the Cutlass is equipped with superior rigging and electronics to make sure even the smallest ship is an easy mark for it's weapons. Due to the Cutlass' high CPU demand it is recommended pilots have a high skill set in CPU usage and may require additional implants. to compensate for any CPU shortage.

At a cost of around 50 mill ISK the Cutlass is an expensive frigate but well worth the price tag. It has a proven track record, with the current prototype having 4 confirmed kills, including an Epithal worth 72 mill ISK.
